The results of this project will serve to help local churches facilitate single millennials to become committed church members. Single millennials hold a worldview that makes it difficult for them to participate in the local church in the way that the New Testament describes. This worldview or individualism causes millennials to participate in local churches without commitment, and their loose affiliation with the local church is producing spiritual nomads. The New Testament clearly describes the Christian life being lived within the bounds of committed membership in the local church. Campers making commitments at Camp Galilee in El Dorado Springs, Missouri were surveyed following camp to determine the importance of spiritual disciplines and mentoring relationships on commitment level.  The study showed a positive relationship between participation in spiritual disciplines and commitment level; however, the strongest correlation appeared in the area of fellowship. A training notebook was developed by each participant and supervised counseling was done in actual invitations. Method of research: Using two questionnaires to schools and to students, definite measurable factors were identified: missionary commitment generally is made in the middle teens; personal contact with missionaries is the most influential factor in such commitment; schools are woefully weak in training the future pastors in their vital importance to missions. This project urged undivided devotion to Jesus that rejects a consumer orientation to church membership.  The project employed education and behavior modeling strategies with new and current members to urge deeper, all-encompassing commitment to Jesus through increased, regular involvement in worship, prayer, Bible study, and personal testimony.
