The author introduced ways to stimulate communication within the congregation using the appreciative inquiry method in structuring surveys and questioners that guided the conversations of the congregation during workshops and trainings. The project further seeks to highlight opportunities and challenges that may come with the use of these technologies in pastoral ministry.
