The author reflects on his own leadership experiences, bibliographic sources, and research interviews with fourteen mega-church senior pastors from across America. The conclusions of this study suggest that biblical teamwork occurs when the cause of Christ is advanced in the contet of loving community. The setting was Oak Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Seven theme sermons on the attributes of God were provided to provide a spiritual foundation for the church family. Seven African style intergenerational Bible studies were created to facilitate the healing, sustaining, guiding, and reconciling of Jesus within the church family. The methodology utilized to accomplish this goal was the qualitative approach. The results revealed that as persons gained a better awareness of themselves, they were better able to draw from their experiences to form relationships with other people, the crux of new faith communities.
