The project addresses a recurring ministry and leadership problem: a gap between leaders’ professed moral and spiritual commitments—such as care, dignity, and justice—and the operational practices that shape organizational life, often resulting in relational harm, burnout, and diminished trust. Employing a Practical Theological Method grounded in an iterative praxis cycle, the project engages lived leadership experience, critically reflects on the spiritual traditions of Metta, Agápē, Chesed, and Ubuntu, and integrates interdisciplinary insights from psychology, neuroscience, and organizational studies. The findings reveal that loving-kindness is not a passive or sentimental posture, but rather a disciplined, boundary-honoring leadership ethic that requires clarity, accountability, and just structures. To support implementation, the project offers an original Operating Model incorporating Four Levels of Leadership (Self, Others, Leaders, and Organizations) and seven core Loving-Kindness Leadership Practices. Scripturally based on the Good Samaritan parable focus on 'compassion.'  Goal: enhance skills of aides, complementing their 'person-centered' care while working in a 'task-oriented system.'  Didactics covered three listening approaches: reminiscing, reality orientation, validation therapy; and three theories of aging: continuity, disengagement, age stratification.  Other teaching methods: role play, family interviews, one-on-one visitation. This paper examines answers to this question in a review of extensive Old Testament and New Testament references regarding concept of God and caring, the care of God in individual lives, caring of God through healings, Lord's Supper, prayer, fasting, Kingdom of Heaven and apocalypse. Inclusiveness, discipleship, marriage, family issues of caring in the Scriptures are dealt consideration with regard to caring, both from a contemporary perspective as well as from the roots of the time of the Bible.  Thesis surrounds the fact that God cares so we ought to care.
