The goal proposed was the initiation by Northwest Bible College students of professional ministry of their own individual codes of personal conduct for use in their professional ministries. This report describes the completion of objectives used to achieve the project's goal.  These objectives were the recruitment of students, development of the project program, implementation of the program, and initiation of the codes by participants. Three steps were involved in the project: sociological-sociopsychological understanding of the culture, theological formation, and application.  Having surveyed 26 authors on the commoners' culture, Hidaka submits a model of understanding culture in terms of the wa (concord-peace-harmony) value system--a diachronic and organismic interplay of value variables, including mythopoetic perception, rational lifestyle, consensus group-formation, and the societal mandala, each with processes of experiential dialectics.  The theological formation takes adjectival expressions. To this end, a questionnaire entitled 'MONEYMATTERS' was developed as a tool to help ministers and Christian counselors determine the underlying motives and accompanying behaviour patterns which govern a person's use of money and in fact, their whole outlook on life.
