The project involved three phases. Phase 1 involved pre-seminar tests and interviews to help determine personal histories.  Phase 2 was the seminar, incorporating the Myers-Briggs instrument.  Phase 3 was course evaluation and participants being re-tested and interviewed. The writer determined suitable tools for identifying mediators, then built understanding and awareness through teaching and preaching. The mediators then tested the process.  The writer wished to determine if characteristics and general qualifications for a mediator could be identified using various instruments.  The final procedure included an assessment of the writer in the way he deals with conflict.  Policy was established, mediators were identified and exit interviews were conducted.  The process also proved therapeutic, reducing identifiable conflict.
