A seminar presented spiritual growth insights from developmental psychology and encouraged small-group interaction about these concepts to help Christians re-examine their own spiritual progress, develop new understanding of biblical and Christian ideas about spiritual growth, and plan intentionally for their own continuing spiritual growth. As a pastoral tool, this ninety-question inventory enables an inquirer to understand his/her faith by comparing it to the faith of the Catholic Church. Follow-up interviews with a parish minister allow the inquirer to discuss his/her unique faith journey.
