This project prepared a selected group of native believers to present a positive Christian witness in the context of native culture. Through participation in a seminar members of the group grew in their understanding of Christianity and culture. They acquired skills necessary to witness to nonreceptive and hostile people. He describes the context out of which the school operates and the history of its field work program.  The author interviewed thirty students of the school for input on results and expectations of cross-cultural input on results and expectations.  After reviewing the answers to the student questionnaires, the author prepared an operational guide for cross-cultural ministry trips sponsored by the school. Without a practical and experiential example to follow, the people will not be able to hear the biblical story that will help them make positive spiritual commitments in their lives through the love of Jesus Christ. The preacher must regain and build their trust by having a good relationship with them and by telling biblical and contemporary stories that encourage their participation with the action of the text.  The easiest way to be truly inductive in our preaching is to start with a need of our people and take that need to the Scripture for God's help and response.  The inductive structures just naturally start with the particulars, the problems and the questions that lead to the biblical conclusions and their application.
