Although progress has been noted concerning ethnic and racial relationships among America's citizenship, it is also clear that our nation must continue to move forward in breaking down ethnic and racial barriers that still divide. This dissertation proposes that the solution to what still separates one racial or ethnic group from another begins in the multiethnic church through transformational leadership.
