The first part of the project involved establishing a computer center at the Mount Zion Baptist Church of Germantown in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The second part involved developing a course of instruction and putting together a workbook on computer basics. The design, implementation, and evaluation of the model were based on participatory action research methodology.
