Zion Baptist Church, Ontario, California by using core values. I contend that one-on-on discipleship is the choice method for core values transference and that it produces optimal long-term results when it utilizes multiple intelligence, brain learning, and emotional intelligence theories. The use of this method produces leaders who motivate others to reach their full potential and strengthens the long-term stability of organizations. Fifteen participants completed training, and thirteen engaged in one-on-one discipleship as agreed. The spark from this project has potential to make II Timothy 2:2 a reality throughout Mt. The project consisted of three phases. The first phase involved researching the fields of discipleship, one-on-one discipleship, and mentoring. The project director used this research to develop the curriculum for a workshop to equip the selected group. The second phase included the development of workshop lesson plans, a participant workbook, and a discipleship handbook. The third phase involved equipping the selected group using the workshop materials. The workshop consisted of six sessions, including an introductory and concluding sessions. The project director's intent of the project was to develop a systematic method to train selected members to help new adult members grow spiritually. Within three missional ministry contexts, the researcher employed the grounded theory methodology, combining qualitative (interviews, questionnaires, observations, and field notes) and quantitative (forced-option surveys) tools to gather and triangulate data from 234 participants (225 group and nine treatment). The researcher designed, implemented, and subsequently measured the Missional Disciple Maker model. This project used a quantitative and qualitative research method with questionnaires to pastors of twenty-four Korean American churches which have implemented, or are currently implementing, the EE program for spiritual growth of new and existing members. The EE program has two weakneses in Korean American churches. One is a lack of networks of relationship, and the other is a lack of training and application for witnessing as a way of life. This project shows that the EE program is a good model of discipleship for evangelism-orientation, if properly adapted to Korean American churches. EE is not a canned evangelism program, but it provides a good model of relationship evangelism. This project recommends that the Korean American church needs to make EE their own, and adapt it to their own contexts. The researcher was of the opinion that a few well chosen and developed ministries would increase male engagement at the church. The project proved to the researcher that ministries used in isolation to rejuvenate males and stimulate church growth fall short of their intended goals. They sparked interested and motivated the male members for the short-term. The equipping program model included a training seminar that equipped a select group of members in responsible evangelism and subsequent discipling relationships for the purpose of spiritual maturation. The project included the creation of a curriculum that functioned as a training tool to equip members in disciple-making. The seminar consisted of six sessions conducted over three days within a retreat setting.
