The resource was designed to assist candidates in integrating the biblical, theological, historical, and contemporary foundations with their project within their ministry context. The resource was evaluated by advisers in the Doctor of Ministry program. A post-test helped determine participant experiences and the impact of course components on participant healing.  Results show that all students had beneficial experiences; greatest healing occurred in participants' ability to trust God, embrace truth and forgive. Less than fifty percent had negative experiences; most negative experiences involved group conflict.
