The scriptural pattern for this process is seen in the metaphor of God's breath, which repeatedly 'inspires' creation with new life. In order to explore this phenomenon, the author built an arts ministry within a local church with three branches: an art gallery with 3-5 exhibitions per year, a program of arts education with 3-5 offerings per year, and a regular practice of including the arts in worship in a variety of settings. Therefore, the author developed a seminar on traditional Methodist spiritual practices and translated it into Russian. In the course of the work on the seminar and delivery of it, the author spent time in Russia and in the United States consulting with pastors, academics and lay people who serve, or who work with the people of the United Methodist Church in the Eurasian Area. The resource has five sections intended to be taught as individual sections in a classroom setting or to be used by an individual as a  tutorial. The program was evaluated on the basis of three identifying marks of discipleship set forth in the gospel of John: abiding in Jesus' word, loving one another, and bearing fruit. An evaluation team was formed from church leadership to survey Sunday school participants to determine the program's effectiveness in terms of the above three distinctives. These seven words which start with the letter 'c' represent seven biblical elements of evangelism. This project produced lessons for a particular congregation so they could learn and practice personal evangelism according to these seven biblical elements of evangelism. This report explored the biblical foundations and the theological reflections of these seven biblical elements and formulated them into a ten-lesson course. A pre-teaching survey of the knowledge of the students about these elements and a similar post-teachng survey served as the guidelines for the course design as well as the basis for the evaluation of the teaching.
