Campus ministers are environmentally aware and active, and they share a common understanding of conscience. They are challenged by obstacles to conscience formation and by the moral concerns of students. To meet these challenges the project presents practical suggestions for conscience formation, a meditation on Matthew 5:13, and a sacramental, eschatological vision for campus ministry."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["United Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["f0f9c284-37b6-440c-96ab-39e6509e82ee"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791129712114794496,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:20:03.795Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T05:57:26Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T01:46:59Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"5e39aaa9-24f2-4967-a71d-8eeddd899a30","accessControl_ssim":["bc3352e7-cf3c-4c5c-9320-139c628c2bc9"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Designing and implementing a Bible college course that introduces the study of biological life . . . to discuss . . . bioethical issues. ."],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T05:57:25Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T00:54:05Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["1f280dff-968c-421e-9b45-b1fb2485a0f8"],"hasLease_ssim":["d5414036-023d-49e5-ae3b-960af3637b43"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"advisor_tesim":["David L Larsen"],"year_tesim":["1997"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["James R Lucas"],"publisher_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School of Trinity International University"],"subject_tesim":["Biology","Bible--Ethics","Religion and science","Environmental ethics","Christian universities and colleges","Bioethics"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project designs and implements a Bible college course that introduces the study of biological life as a foundation to discuss biologically and biblically bioethical questions facing the church.
