This project documents the process of cooperation between the governing bodies of the two congregations to form this covenant agreement and the mutual ministries they share. Venture in Faith shares the physical facilities and several programs.  The study explores difficulties encountered in reaching the agreement and also current concerns.  It projects future possibilities for mutual mission. A historical overview of spirituality and Protestant mission experiments form part one.  A biblical/theological basis which draws from John, Roland Allen, Richard Hooker and Latin American base communities provides the theological background.  In part three the opinion within the church is sampled which leads to the conclusion that several training routes are required.  These routes depend on a proper selection process. The study includes a review of literature and interviews with church leaders and more than 600 workers.  Part of the study is conducted in England to provide a comparison with another industrialized society.
