Twelve people from Mission Village Baptist Church were trained for one month in the subjects of evangelism, missions, and the culture and customs of Tijuana, Mexico. Then, five people spent two months making four evangelistic mission trips to Tijuana, Mexico, implementing the training they had received. The methods used in this project entailed designing an equipping and training model of evangelism to reach the non-Christians in Tijuana, Mexico. Two projects of home repair were secured with 33 people participating and 19 serving as a comparison group. Both groups received identical training and completed a Likert scale pretest and posttest questionaire. The research design used a multi-method approach employing archival, experimental, and ethnographic approaches.  The sources for research came from the Bible, websites, books, magazines, newspapers, conferences, government publications, churches, e-mails, personal interviews, and surveys.
