When the good news is proclaimed, it was emphasized that the actions of the messenger should accord with the message. A training program was developed based on the findings. This program was tested and retested. The ability involves the mobilizing of churches in a Crusade context for this year-long project.  A computer-assisted analysis of an evaluation completed by a select core-group was used to examine this project. The study consisted of twelve hourly sessions.  They treated both the theoretical and practical dimensions of evangelism.  Results were measured using the following evaluative instruments: 1) case studies; 2) pre-seminar analyses; 3) post-seminar analyses; and 4) seminar participant evaluation forms.  All of these have been included in the final project report.  The project was successful in assisting the nine seminar participants in their efforts to refine their analytical and relational skills. The study suggests the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada assume a leadership role with other Christians to facilitate re-evangelization of the region.  Research methodology results in a presentation of a missionary history of the north, an undergirding mission theology, design of relevant ministry and Christian community models, principles for planning and implementation and a thematic collation of judicatorial reader responses which influence significantly the proposal.
