Seeing the need of reaching the unreached Asian Indians with the gospel, the author developed a cross-cultural relational evangelism program for training lay members to be effective witnesses for Christ.  The project consisted of eleven sessions.  The participants demonstrated their understanding of cross-cultural relational evangelism and Hinduism and other beliefs in the posttest. As such, it should be promoted in Guatamalan Baptist life through the Baptist seminary program.  This became the project.  The thesis is defended upon the basis of New Testament evangelistic practices as well as those of successful contemporary churches in Guatemala and elsewhere. From this, a distinction between the forms of worship and the substance of worship is offered. Following this distinction, new forms are suggested for worship.  Finally, the psychology of change is presented, with strategies offered.  Research is primarily through books contained in bibliography. This project focuses on the development of a training manual in the Portuguese language for Bible teachers working in the Brazilian public school setting.  Developed with the assistance of a multi-denominational team, it reflects input from experts in various fields of teaching and child evangelism within the Brazilian context.  The manual, O Professor-Evangelista de Criancas: Fundamentos de uma Pedagogia Especializada (The Children's Evangelist: Fundamentals of a Specialized Pedagogy), is designed to be used as an in-service training manual.  The first section describes the project's parameters and the historical development of the Brazilian educational process.  Section 2 is the Portuguese manual, and section 3 is the English translation of that manual. The identity and characteristics of a children's Bible teacher, basic biblical/theological and pedagogical preparation, and factors which affect the growth and development of the Brazilian child are discussed. If people would focus their prayer lives on evangelism, would they become instruments of good news to others?  Using Terry Tekyl's Personal Prayer-Evangelism Guide in a Sunday school program, participants were asked to pray daily.  To measure evangelistic change, participants answered a questionnaire, once initially, another after the study, and the last twelve weeks later. Positive changes were seen in participants' prayer habits, attitudes, and evangelistic activities. A two-hour seminar over the manual was held with 113 Christians who wanted to win Mormons.  After a three-month period, the results were collected.  This took place in Santiago, Chile.  Of 55 non-missionary Mormons witnessed to, 24 left Mormonism, 14 were converted and 5 actually joined the Christian workers' churches. This thesis delineates the evolution of the Emmanuel Korean Church from its inception to its present state. Network evangelism will create a positive atmosphere for inclusive ministry by using all the spiritual gifts in a network of God's grace to bring people to Christ, to get them churched, and to lead them to Christian maturity. The description of said field test is the purpose of the dissertation.  The results of the tests showed that personal attention towards the trainees and behavioral objectives related task orientation of 'on-the-job' training were effective tools of church-planting motivation.
