With the goal of developing a ministry plan for Fellowship Church of Carol Stream, Illinois, a dozen nearby churches were examined for ministry effectiveness utilizing the collecting and analysis of anonymous congregational surveys. This thesis studied the impact of the implementation of the acts of service central to Steve Sjogren's servant evangelism on attitudes towards the mission of evangelism for members of Hope Community Church. A change in members' attitudes was measured through data and methodological triangulation,  using personal interviews, observation, and testing, thus combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. The strategy was designed by the project director after performing evaluations and surveys of the pastors, ministers of evangelism, ministers of education, and outreach directors.  The evaluations determined the level of evangelistic intentionality of the miniisterial staff and the church members. Demographies were overviewed to discover the people groups who reside in the communities surrounding the churches.  The responses from the evaluations and surveys were used by the director to determine the course of action needed by the churches to implement the NET.
