Understanding blind spots, amygdala hijacks, feedback, and self-awareness is key to growth in personal and professional relationships. A three-month training module, including the MSCEIT and personal x-rays, resulted in EI growth among GEM's leadership team. Questions addressed include how to be more self-aware; how to give/receive feedback; understanding big assumptions or hidden competing commitments that prevent EI growth; and how to most effectively lead others by modeling high relational skills. Spiritual discipline is not applying a principle to Christian life.  It is a deep and intimate encountering event between God and us.  Therefore, spiritual journaling is a way of discipline for our spiritual growth.  It makes us to reflect in God, to purify our negative emotions and to find ways of solving our problems. This tool assessed a respondent's formation in Christ-likeness with respect to nine groupings of virtues/vices and six dimensions of the self. based on these results it recommended particular spiritual disciplines. This resource was reviewed by a panel of experts who indicated that it met its project goals reasonably well.
