The design is offered to replace confirmational materials that induce passivity or confuse the history of faith and the growth of faith in persons. This project report describes a workshop which utilized research drawn from documents of the American Bishops' Committee on Priestly Life, the theology of Karl Rahner, and the developmental psychology of Erik Erikson.
