Addressing the attitudes that favor a professional, ordained ministry, theological and biblical justification is given for every member in ministry.  A sermon series highlighting the interrelatedness of persons called and gifted to build up the body of Christ is included. This project describes the process used to compile a handbook for local church pastors with specific focus on white 'Old Yankee' Protestant women over the age of seventy-five.
