Chapter 1 presented an overview that included three goals of cell group ministry, background information, definitions, and the research methodologies. Chapter 2 focused on biblical, theological, and historical foundations for cell groups. It described the role and perception of leadership in the functioning of the cell group. Chapter 3 addressed the social and psychological aspects of the cell group. It discussed the cell group meetings that are essential to Christian experience and growth in modern society: flexibility, mobility, inclusiveness, and effectiveness. The usefulness of cell groups in a cross-cultural setting is described in this chapter. Chapter 4 explained the procedures, program training, and equipping of cell leaders. The information obtained from Chapters 2 and 3 were applied to the program. Chapter 5 evaluated the plan, leaders, leader training program, teaching program, goals of this project, methods of this project, and the outcome of the cell group.
