Continuing that faith is a problem facing its multi-national members living in North America since the late eighteenth century. Specifically the problem centers on a single parish in Berkley, Michigan where second and third generation descendants of Middle Eastern immigrants are losing interest in the church and the cultural heritage of their parents. The method of study used was the Pro-Active qualitative research method described in William Myers' book, Research in ministry: a primer for the Doctor of Ministry program.
