This project considers whether exploring one's God-designed uniqueness -- including one's personality, intelligences, spiritual type, and spiritual temperament -- can inform personal and corporate spiritual growth. The paper incorporates a qualitative research method to help adherents explore instinctive and counterintuitive approaches -- to affirm one's innate spiritual tendencies and intentionally stretch beyond them. Action research utilizing an experimental and a control group tested the proposal that reciprocal self-disclosure acts as a catalyst in facilitating intimacy and individuality.  Pre- and posttests employed the Group Environment Scale and the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale.  Based on a significance level of .05, the experimental group revealed a significant increase in self-disclosure.  The control group did not. Neither group demonstrated significant statistical changes in intimacy and individuality.
