Since hip-hop culture with its music core values are consistent with postmodern generational values, it was deemed useful as a model to identify some key principles and methods for outreach ministry. This project began with one month of leadership training workshops to prepare the church for this ministry. Following this were two months of bi-weekly hip-hop worship services and hip-hop outing to various hip-hop events. The rapid rate of changes that are occurring in today's society demands that new leaders be equipped with solid biblical principles. This will enable them with the wisdom, guidance and moral bearings needed to provide leadership in a world that operated by situational circumstances. Generations need to nurture and be nurtured, to teach and be taught; and to mobilize these common human needs. The aim was to create a model of intergenerational worship. The project was grounded in scripture, informed by the Reformed tradition, and guided by the historical witness of the Church catholic. The project included educational opportunities that interpreted this model of worship followed by four model worship services. This experience was evaluated through congregational surveys and personal interviews. Through three case studies, strategies and methods were discovered.  What was surprising to the researcher is that they have discovered and used them unintentionally.  They intentionally applied biblical instruction in their relationships, but they did not do this intentionally to transition generational leadership.  What can be deduced is that though the generational transfer of leadership was unintentional, it was successful.  Therefore, other churches might do it
