Professional goals for the project included increasing knowledge of workplace conflict resolution skills. The project director researched biblical texts and workplace conflict resolution skills. He selected seven essential skills for resolving conflict in the workplace. However, church should be able to play a role as the field of unity and not of conflict. In order for this to happen, transition of how you and I perceive each other should first take place. Just as Christ took the form of a man, we need courage of the incarnation to be humble before we expect anyone else to be. Also, rather than indiscreetly misunderstanding the intention of others or judging them with a preconceived notion, we need determination to see them as individuals different from me.
