The participants experienced transformation of self through self reflection and deeper encounter with the Lord. Their feedback also suggested a possibility of using the program for small groups. It is the firm conviction of the author that the ancient practices of meditative prayer, or 'prayer of the heart,' and active imagery can be fully integrated with the latest developments in psychology and counseling and used successfully by pastoral counselors.
