Eight teachers will participate in this project. The project leader will conduct an initial meeting with them to introduce the project idea followed by an eight-week seminar on interactive teaching, which will be videotaped. The seminar will focus on learner-centered interactive teaching-learning methods based on Jesus' teaching style as described in the four Gospels. Two of each teacher's Sunday school teaching sessions will be videotaped, one before the seminar begins and one towards the end of the seminar, and will be evaluated. Finally, the teachers will meet as a group with the project leader and share what they have learned through the process of the project.
