The primary concern of the research was to ascertain current levels of moral development and to determine if the curricula in the three schools studied was effective in meeting the moral developmental needs of students.  Data was obtained from the results of the Kohlberg Moral Development Test, Form A. The results of this thesis shed light on the effectiveness of ethical teaching within the school systems studied.
