It includes an enunciation of the theological and theoretical issues that impacted the project.  Objectives for the project are stated and evaluated.  The implementation resulted in a statistical increase in the number of members who filed a ministry menu in the office, who performed a ministry, and who became active transferring their ministry to others. To determine the needs of the organization's students and prepare them for ministry, a questionnaire was designed and used as the principle source of research.  The project succeeded in determining the needs of the students in the organization.
