This project provides laymen with a short-term introduction to and training in ministry to commuter college students.  Lay volunteers from several churches served four hours one day a week for six weeks in six ministry activities on campus.  The project took place during the first six weeks of the school year on a commuter college campus comprised of three institutions with a total enrollment of 33,000 students. The researcher designed a spiritual gift workshop that included an evaluation process to test his thesis.  The evaluation process included results of two surveys and several measurement tools.
