Small groups will be the focal point in developing this project of making inactive members actively participate in ministry. The members of the project group participated in a six week leadership seminar that focused on various facets of the leader's character, duties, and disciplines.  Through surveys, tests, journals, and an evaluation session, the project leader was able to assess the overall effectiveness of the project.
