Using style approach on leadership, the study evaluated how a change of a pastor's leadership in EunHyun church affected members' behavioral change.  To test the research question, the study identified and assessed the previous and current pastors' leadership style.  Subsequently, members were administered a survey in which three main variables were explored.  The current pastor had a more relationship-focusing leadership than the previous pastor. The research findings reveal that the institutional leadership brought by the early British missionaries to Africa served its purpose at the time. However, as we move into the 21st century, this mode of leadership becomes inadequate for the church and Tidings of Faith. The research revealed that institutional leadership has failed to address all the questions of leadership distance between clergy and laity, that the clergy have been saddled with the work of running almost every aspect of the ministry while the laity almost always become spectators, and there has been no conscious attempt within this ministry to train laity for future leadership continuity. The researcher proposed team leadership as an effective and up-to-date option for Tidings of Faith in the years ahead. It is in the African cycle of life that a connection is developed between the key components (relationships, instructions, covenants, traditions, and interventions) in the traditional rites of passage and a methodology of reproducing Christian leaders. Using biblical evidence as the basis for evangelism, discipleship and leadership development, the author interviews Malagasy traditional priests on Malagasy rites of passage and implements the African Model as a means for reproducing Malagasy Christian leaders by using the key components  integrated in the program. The author's purpose was to investigate why the church died by performing a complete autopsy on the church body. His examination included a review of pre-existing conditions, examples from Scripture, and research from contemporary authors. The key evidence in the case came from the results of a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with church members. In the end the author determined that the cause of death was due to complications surrounding stagnant leadership.
