Specific questions sought to ascertain the influence of Micah 6:8 in one's personal faith, civic understanding, and personal relationships. The purpose of the project is to explore how scripture passages become integrated into the life of persons beyond their involvement in a particular organizational context; in other words, how scriptural passages move from theory to practical application in everyday living. This project included a quantitative paired-sample survey to evaluate the research data. Data analysis determined if a significant relationship existed which supported the hypothesis that implementation of a complexity leadership protocol could increase involvement of millennials as measured by beliefs, attitudes, and experiences. There is lack of training. Some believe that the women control everything. The members are afraid of responsibility and criticism. Some believe that no problem exists. Three research questions guide this study: (1) How do pastors utilize change initiatives to cultivate collaboration with their boards? (2) How do pastors utilize timing to cultivate collaboration with their boards? (3) How do pastors utilize timing to cultivate collaboration with their boards? The study utilizes a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with nine church leaders from three different churches of various size in the Midwest. The results of this study demonstrate that the primary initiators within churches are the senior pastors. The study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with three pastors in the Presbyterian Church in America and their wives, who were interviewed separately and as couples. The review of biblical literature and literature in conflict resolution, marriage, and systems theory, along with analysis of the conducted interviews focused on how healthy marriages can grow through times of conflict in the church. Modifying Neil Cole's model, this six month project sought to develop spiritual leaders who moved beyond attractional methodology to a missional approach. Transformational discipleship, organic church life, decentralized leadership and missional movement were utilized to achieve a healthy and reproducing ministry. The author of this project studied these challenges in order to develop a strategic plan for transitioning Time of Grace Ministry beyond the tenure of Pastor mark Jeske. The research design utilized data gathering from selected national Christian media. This project identified ten strategic insights that address both ministry transition and leadership succession. This study employed a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with six pastors who were of non-denominational, Baptist General Conference, and Presbyterian Church in America affiliations.
