This group consisted of associate ministers, deacons, trustees, Minister of Education, Sunday school teachers, and youth directors. The project consisted of three phases. First, the project director researched the teachings of the prosperity gospel in order to equip the selected leaders to give a biblical response. Secondly, the director developed training curriculum from an annotated bibliography that was evaluated by Dr. Page Brooks, Assistant Professor of Theology and Islamic studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS). The second phase of this project resulted in using information derived from phase one research to develop equipping curriculum. The curriculum educated the leadership team in the field of biblical worship as well as the characteristics and formative events that define the four primary adult generations present at Summit baptist Church. The third phase of this project resulted in expanding the music leadership team to include members of every adult generation at Summit, presenting the curriculum to the team, and equipping the team to function as a worship planning team. By integrating successful operation methodologies and principles developed for other types of organizations, he implements a strategic operations system into a Roman Catholic parish to position it for effective ministerial development in the future. This is needed to (a) develop people's gifts and talents for service unto God, (b) better equip members in the church for leadership roles and (c) make sure that each member has equal opportunity to use his or her gift to the glory of God. For any change to happen, as well as for any possible solutions, leaders of Haitian churches will need to be educated. Initial qualitative research revealed potential for improvement within the diaconate in a variety of formational, structural and perceptual domains. An eight week training process entitled Bridgebuilders was developed, operating under the thesis that it would have a slight but beneficial effect upon these domains. The conclusions of this study suggest that biblical teamwork occurs when the cause of Christ is advanced in the contet of loving community.
