Through a study of Zwingli and Calvin, one can see the interplay between a sovereign God and human responsibility in a individual's spiritual growth. Turretin, Edwards, and Pannenberg demonstrate the inherent fluidity within form intrinsic to Reformed spirituality. Having studied the congregation's history and ethos in concert with a sister church, the aim of the project was to develop a leadership covenant with the two congregations.  Working with the joint pastor-parish relations committee, a variety of instruments were used to discern an appropriate leadership style in that situation.
