It stems from an observation that, when people are encouraged to laugh in therapy, they may be led to a new level of awareness that is important to the therapeutic process.  Humor is not only a technique; it is also a paradigm for a pastoral approach to therapy.  The main point of the project is that there is a relationship between a sense of humor and the quest for God.
