It was illustrated that the Marriage CORE program is an excellent marital enrichment Christian program. Among its twenty-four lessons, these seven core virtues are integrated with four Marriage CORE principles, namely, Connection, Oneness, Restoration and Empowerment. The motivation force is attributed to a heart filled with three kinds of love, namely, covenant love, courageous love and sacrificial love. The researcher designed and implemented an 8-week, 15-hour counseling program to help Christian couples develop greater intimacy through learning how to put off pride and pursue biblically-based, Christ-centered humility before God, in their view of self, and in relationship with one another. Due to broken trust in the relationship, many married couples are unable or unwilling to fully utilize even skills they already have to strengthen their marriage. If broken marital trust was fully repaired, not only would marital trust levels rise, but so would commitment and forgiveness. Through pretest, posttest, and follow-up tests during a small group intervention study, the researcher determined that trust was increased in the majority of couples. The Prepare-Enrich Group Program was implemented over a six week course and effectiveness of the purpose was measured using participant assessments that were administered previous to the program start and after the course was complete. The program clearly impacted the participating couples, primarily in the areas of self-awareness, conflict resolution, and increased satisfaction. The project was intended to effect the spiritual, emotional, mental, and behavioral well-being of its participants as individuals and spouses. The participants assessed the project's impact using a pre-test and post-test questionnaire based on the Likert scale model. Results indicate that participants were impacted relative to each project goal.
