The program has been developed carefully on the basis of strong theological and theoretical rationale.  The method of study combines 13 class teachings and a marriage enrichment retreat followed by a three-month support group.  The program was implemented at the Korean First Baptist Church (SanJose, California).  Results show a significant improvement in the rolemodels, relational behavior, communication, and conflict management. It examines a spirituality of marriage which is based on four actions of the eucharist; that of taking, blessing, breaking, and sharing.  Each of these actions is treated as a metaphor for a distinctive aspect of spiritual life for married people.
