Quantitative and qualitative approaches were used including pre- and posttest surveys and focused group discussions. Statistically, findings from this study suggested a positive effect of mentoring enrichment training on all outcomes. Many of these traditional mentoring programs, though effective in the past, no longer meet the needs of young women. This qualitative research project focused on selected postmodern women and explored the manner in which their unique worldview shapes their mentoring preferences.
