Occupying the time of troubled youth and offering them a sense of belonging through youth-specific activities can be effective in promoting socially appropriate values. The project administers an evangelism aptitude test to members of a relational evangelism seminar; the 15 members with highest scores become mentors to the 15 members with lowest scores.
