To test this hypothesis, the author accepted the job of 'Missions and Evangelism Pastor' of a 1000 member church with the goal of establishing a daughter church in a years time.  Cultural barriers were largely neutralized and an indigenous church was established in just over a year. One hundred nineteen medium-size congregations of the Oklahoma District Council of the Assemblies of God were studied with concentration given to the auxiliaries reported by those congregations.  The hypothesis was based upon the concept of a unified mission.  Implementation was guided by the belief that multiple functioning and giving auxiliaries affected positively world ministries giving.  The project failed to establish such a positive relationship due to disparities even among churches reporting the same number of auxiliaries. Interaction took place through regular consultation by telephone, mail and fax correspondence, on-site visits, and national conferences and conventions.  As the leaders struggled to identify their God-given vision, the author encouraged them to expand their horizons by considering creative strategies and establishing significant goals. The program included training lessons to equip a prayer group and activities to involve the church.  The historical method was used to gather data on the theology of prayer.  The descriptive survey method was used to gather data on prayer ministries and prayer for missions.  The director gave pretests and posttests to evaluate changes in the group's attitudes and changes in the church's behavior. The Dalit are a typical example of the unique system of oppression in India in which socio-culturally ordained fixed groups have collectively remained in a deprived position for ages.  The Dalit movement corrects the tendencies to generalize or objectify the oppressed or poor and reveals the concrete subjectivity of the diverse sections of the oppressed, their experiences, histories and aspirations. Adventist theology (evangelism) has failed to take account of the suffering and hopes of Dalits, who form the majority of Indian Christians.  Its approach of primarily responding to the health and educational needs has not helped the Dalit aspiration in Tamil Nadu, India. It advocates the use of a cell group church-planting model as best suited to the Turkish culture.  The project is very focused, addressing important biblical and missiological issues in the Turkish context, and briefly explaining the Turk's history, society, culture, and religion.  The suggested church-planting model takes a very practical approach, giving precise goals, projected time tables, and specific guidelines for each step. David J Hesselgrave's textbook, Today's choices for tomorrow's mission, is evaluated as being the best choice among missiological texts for Japanese Christians.  The question whether a dynamic equivalent translation is better than a formal translation is discussed.
