Through surveys and interviews, this project assessed congregational practices in six local churches. Chapter 1 introduces the thesis statement, ministry needs, literature review, and theological issues with regard to evangelizing the Navajos. Chapter 2 introduces their history and worldview. Chapter 3 introduces their indigenous religious rituals, their use of witchcraft, and their use of peyote in their religion. Chapter 4 describes how Christians can connect with the Navajos and how Christians can apply biblical texts to evangelize the Navajos. In this study, the aim is to analyze and affirm the corresponding relationship between the commitment to education in fiath and the promotion of justice in Lasallian education and evagnelization today.  The testimony of the original Lesallian educational model, the contemporary canon of Lasallian texts, and the lived reality in God's mission field reveals the proper relation between education and justice in the Lesallian idiom. Usando el método etnográfico, se entrevistaron primados, arzobispos, obispos, plantadores de iglesia y académicos de la Comunión Anglicana. Esta tesis buscó las causales de una iglesia en mantención, tales como, problema de mentalidad, de falta de visión, de liderazgo, de resistencia al cambio, etc. Investiga además el tema de la personalidad en el ministerio de un pastor. Esta tesis trabaja algunas vías de solución al cambio de mentalidad pastoral de mantención y entrega ideas que pueden ayudar a cambiar hacia una mentalidad pastoral de misión llevando a las iglesias y sus pastores a un mayor desarrollo, crecimiento y
