Because French government's foreign students' policy, the expanding mission field in Europe is an inevitable fact. In response to this problem, the researcher studied the use of oral training as a method to train leaders. This included the role of the African oral tradition, the biblical oral history, and the goal of making disciples through biblical education. In order to understand discipleship; the knowledge, character, and ministry life of the students was closely evaluated and they grew significantly in each of these areas. The data sources included exams, surveys, and interviews. The purpose was to confirm spiritual life factors enabling this population to thrive in their lives and ministry. In this concurrent mixed-methods study, 227 participants completed quantitative survey items and 32 participants responded to a qualitative interview schedule.  Spiritual vitality, evidenced through qualitative findings, was summarized as an outcome of a personal relationship with the triune God that is evident through the Christ-like qualities of a missionary who is resilient in the face of hardship. The researcher presents a historical case study in which he examined biblical, theological and missiological foundations for indigenous church planting. He then presented the historical narrative of the Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance work in Guinea from 1918 to 2005.
