The author used qualitative research through survey and individual interviews to identify internal and external barriers, which inhibit the discipleship of the BMBs and their growth in the Christian faith. He then recommended culturally relevant remedies. However, if the gospel is for everyone, churches must broaden their vision; Muslim background believers must become an integral part of the church. To that end, with effectual evangelism and discipleship, local churches must be empowered to minister to Muslims, and to integrate them into their congregations. The overall research goal was to heighten an understanding of the person and work of the Holy Spirit and motivate participants to minister in the power of the Spirit specifically healing. The study consisted of a packet of two books by revivalist Randy Clark given to participants with a pre and post read questionnaire. The results showed a trend toward a high self evaluation of the theology of the Holy Spirit but in actual praxis, very low numeric values in terms of quantifiable praxis. The final Sumbi CBS was based on research of sixteen different CBS sets, expat and national experts' input, the author's worldview study and the author's field test with thirteen national church planters. Key CPM principles implemented through CBS include sowing the Word abundantly, finding a Person of Peace, leading an oikos to Christ, forming House Churches, and equipping lay leaders. The goal was to develop recommendations for recruiting and mobilizing among millennials for ministry to Muslims. Missiological and generational literature review determined the nature, scope and methodology for inspiring and mobilizing millennials for this specific ministry. Subsequently a survey and interview questions for person-to-person interviews, phone discussions and e-mail correspondence with millennials were produced. Results demonstrated specific preferences, strengths and weaknesses among millennials regarding ministry to Muslims. A historical analysis of Christian approaches attempted during the past thirteen centuries have failed to adequately equip Christians to become more effective witnesses with Muslims. This research attempts to identify principles of witness with Muslims and some possible starting points for developing a Christian theology addressed to the Muslim's frame of understanding. To overcome these barriers, the Eastern Russian version was produced with a contextual cover, alternate terms and names of biblical characters, and footnotes with a Muslim audience in mind. This dissertation examines the premises and processes of the production of this version anthropologically, linguistically and missiologically.  It also evaluates the effectiveness of its contextualization through qualitative field research. The finding of this dissertation reveals that the contextualization is effective, especially for evangelism and discipleship of new
