This writers observations were gleaned from personal experience, interaction with parents through counseling, teaching opportunities, and in-depth study of well-known parenting experts. As a result, The Nine Practices of The Proactive Parent was developed and implemented with positive results. These results were gathered and calculated through post-course critiques and follow-on counseling. The results have been of consistent high quality.
