The author researched the competency of the church in ten core areas related to discipleship in the home.  A ten-week course was executed that taught parents their scriptural responsibility to disciple their children, equipped them with appropriate skills, and helped them develop confidence to accomplish the task. Chapter 3 focuses on evaluating child evangelism models and deciphering learning developmental levels in order to equip parents to evangelize their children. Chapter 4 utilizes the research recorded in the previous two chapters to implement a process of equipping parents to evangelize their elementary aged children.
