Minjung theology and other influences have drawn many Koreans to the church.  As many as one fourth of the Korean population may now be considered to be Christian.  Yet difficult questions remain. Why, for example, does Korea have so many social problems, even among church members, when the growth and influence of the Christian faith is expanding so rapidly?  Why does a sense of 'Han' persist even among Korean Christians? Quantitative growth has often been emphasized at the expense of qualitative progress and pastoral care. This project develops teaching and resource materials to train a small group of Baptist ministers to deal effectively with the issue of polygamy.
