Chapter 1 gives an introduction to the Robertson County Baptist Association along with the context and rationale for the project.  Chapter 2 presents theological evidence to support why churches should associate together.  Chapter 3 looks at the importance of motivational leadership in associational work.  Chapter 4 presents a leadership strategy for implementing the project. The ministerial staff and congregation participated in this project by completing a 360 degree survey of the participants. The project director presented the results to the ministerial staff in coaching sessions.
